Shipping & Delivery Policy

At DEEP Trust (Disease Eradication through Education & Prevention Trust), we are committed to ensuring that products made by our Women Livelihood Project beneficiaries reach you safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation and payment.

• All products are handcrafted, so minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur. This adds to the uniqueness of each item.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• We ship across India via reputed courier partners (DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, etc.).

• Delivery timelines usually range between 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared on your registered email/phone.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

• For special campaigns or donation-linked products, free shipping may be offered.

4. International Shipping

• At present, we do not ship internationally. If you wish to place an overseas order, kindly email us at support@deepindia.org to check feasibility.

5. Delivery Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (courier strikes, natural calamities, or regional restrictions) may occur.

• DEEP Trust is not liable for delays once the product is handed over to the courier partner, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

6. Damaged / Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to support@deepindia.org with photos of the package.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
