Refund Policy

At DEEP Trust, we are committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in our donation process. While we appreciate every donation we receive, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. 

Here’s our policy:

We will carefully review each request for a refund of donation and make every effort to process it promptly.
If you wish to request a refund, please submit your request in writing or via email within 7 days of the donation date. Your request should include the following details:

1. Date of donation
2. Donation amount
3. Cheque/draft number (if applicable)
4. Last 4 digits of the credit card used (if applicable)
5. Donation ID (if made online)

While we will make every effort to accommodate refund requests, we reserve the right to decline requests, especially if a tax exemption certificate has already been issued.

All decisions regarding donation refunds are final and binding.
